Comments: inspector arrived on time. Inspection covered every detail of the home. We were impressed with his knowledge of the electrical system and his concerns with the actual box. His report was very detailed and prompt. Cost was below other quotes I will use him again and have already told friends about him. Rare the company excellent

I was more than please, Andy was very professional and new his job, and was very thorough ... He took time both times to explain every detail... It was a pleasure working with him... Comments: Andy is great! I have used him for 2 homes now and both times he has been amazing! The first house I thought I may have gotten lucky because he was close by and went to it that day but the next time I was on a time frame and he worked around the time and date just to get me in as soon as I asked. They gave very detailed reports on both and made me feel at ease for being a first time home buyer. I would recommend to anyone that asked! They have been amazing!!- first time home buyer

Comments: Andy was a pleasure to deal with. He was a former builder so he understands construction which makes it a thorough inspection. I would highly recommend him as he is very knowledgeable. He came immediately to do the inspection and gave me the report within 2 hours of seeing the property,. I will use him again on other properties.

Comments: I found Andy to be very thorough, very competent and very warm and personable. He went through the entire condo from top to bottom and noted a couple of minor issues or potential issues that exemplified how good he is with what he does. I was pleasantly surprised at his very reasonable fees and I have an even higher comfort level about having decided to purchase my unit, thanks to him! I highly recommend him and I'm not alone. I had gotten his name from my insurance company who comes in contact with many home inspectors and he was at the top of their list for people to contact.
